Nouakchott will be hosting the 7th Pan-Arab and Pan-Maghreb regional congresses of Military Medicine from December 1st to 4th, under the aegis of the International Committee of Military Medicine (ICMM), an event of high-level scientifically.
The elaborate program will be rich and varied, responding to medical news, and will be focusing on relevant and contextual themes (see congress poster).
The central theme focuses on: military medicine in 2025, realities and challenges.
The central sub-themes are: the preparation of the Health Service for security threats, emerging diseases, innovative technologies, and medical support for forces in external operations.
The deadline is set for October 31, 2025.
The best papers will be the subject of a special distinction during the congress, and will be selected for publication in the journal of the International Committee of Military Medicine (ICMM).
